1. How do I find out if you carry a specific style and/or brand in my size?
Please contact our store at 519-537-ADEN (2336) and speak with one of our associates!
2. Do you have online ordering?
We currently do not have online ordering.
3. What is your return/exchange policy?
• All items unworn with original box and original receipt.
• Regular priced items 10 days from the date of purchase – exchange or store credit.
• Sale Priced Items – final sale.
• Items with a gift receipt – exchange or store credit.

6. Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes we do! Every time you shop at our store you collect points. Each point is worth a dollar. Earn 10 points or more and you can redeem them on your next purchase!
7. If you do not carry a style I am looking for, can I order it?
If it is a brand that we carry, and they have the item in stock, we can bring it in for you. You MUST be sure of your size, as special orders are non-refundable, so we suggest you visit us to ensure proper sizing.
8. I have a problem with an item I purchased? What do I do?

9. How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
SATURDAY: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
SUNDAY: Closed
