How do I find out if you carry a specific style and/or brand in my size?

- Please contact our store at 519-537-ADEN (2336) and speak with one of our associates or check the stock online at www.adenfootwear.ca

Do you have online ordering?

- Yes, please, visit www.adenfootwear.ca to place your order. We offer in store pick up 7 days a week, free delivery within Woodstock and we ship throughout Canada and USA.

What is your return/exchange policy?

- All items have to be unworn with original box and packaging. We offer exchange or store credit for the regular priced items within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please, note, we do NOT offer a refund. Sale Priced Items are FINAL SALE.

Where can I apply for a job at Aden? Are you currently hiring?

- Positions will be posted on the Careers page, when they become available. 

Do you have a current promotion?

- We always want to save you money, check out our latest offers under Sale. Receive 10% off when you sign up for our newsletters.

If you do not carry a style I am looking for, can I order it?

- If it is a brand that we carry, and they have the item in stock, we can bring it in for you. You MUST be sure of your size, as special orders are non-refundable, so we suggest you visit us to ensure proper sizing.
